Rental Terms and Conditions
Rates do not include the 13% lodging and state taxes. Rates are based double occupancy per bedroom. Extra person charges may apply. Reservations are subject to availability. No pets are allowed. Additional cleaning fees are required. We are a non-smoking property. Smoking in your apartment may result in additional cleaning charges.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check in time is from 4:00 pm / Check out time is until 11:00 a.m. A valid government issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years old can only check in with a parent or legal guardian present. Office hours are limited, and there is staff available after hours. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
Special Requests
All Special Requests are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and additional charges may apply. Please inquiry with the office prior to arrival to ensure we can arrange for your requests prior to your arrival.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit of two nights plus tax is required to guarantee a reservation. This will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at time of check-in. OB Suites Brickell accepts the following credit cards and reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. Please note that a deposit of $300 is due upon arrival. This will be credited back to the credit card upon departure, subject to a damage inspection.
Cancellation, No-Show, Early Departure
If canceled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations or changes within the 14 days prior to the date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your two-night advance deposit.
Groups
When booking more than 7 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
